Ring-style flange gaskets made to fit standard ANSI pipe flange dimensions, made from green compresses synthetic fiber held together by a nitrile binder. Synthetic fiber gaskets are able to withstand high temperatures. The material can withstand temperature spikes up to 750 degrees and continuous operation up to 465 degrees. Good for use with liquids such as water and oil, but also suitable for steam applications as well. The ability to withstand high temperatures without costing a fortune makes this material one of the most popular gaskets in high-temperature industrial applications.
