The MULTI-SWELL® Style 3760 compressed fiber gasketing is made with synthetic fibers and a proprietary rubber binder that creates one of the easiest most forgiving gasket materials available today. This gasket will create its own load when it comes into contact with oil or water to improve sealability even when seal faces are imperfect and with low bolt loading. It is also extremely flexible and easy to cut and handle. This premium synthetic gasket material is a perfect step-up from standard fiber gasket materials.
